The Chef, Pascal Bellavia, offers suggestions on slate, cooked with fresh, renewed daily during the week and more elaborate weekend.
Coming from the Rhône-Alpes country, Pascal Bellavia offers some specialties of Lyon’s gastronomy (saucisson chaud, gratin d’andouillette, gâteau de foies de volaille, gratin dauphinois, tarte praline, bugnes…), but also traditional dishes (tête de veau sauce Gribiche, coq au vin, parmentier de canard, lasagnes de légumes confits, tripes mode, cuisseau de chevreuil sauce Grand Veneur…etc).

Closed: Wednesday and Sunday evenings, all day Monday.
From October to March: reservation before 12 am on Tuesday evening and Thursday evening (mini 6 persons).

Hours: Lunch 12 am to 1:30 pm. / dinner 7 pm to 8:30 pm (summer 9 pm).
